Description

Instructions
- Toast 2 slices of low FODMAP-certified sourdough bread until they're crispy and golden brown.
- Spread a layer of lactose-free cream cheese or lactose-free Greek yogurt on each toasted sourdough slice
- Place 1-1.5 oz of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese or yogurt on each slice of sourdough toast
- Sprinkle freshly chopped dill and lemon zest over the smoked salmon
- Season the smoked salmon with a touch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
